How Can You Become Nanoinfluencer On Instagram?

Let’s not fool ourselves: becoming an influencer on Instagram can become a more than complicated task.

How Can You Become Nanoinfluencer On Instagram?

You have to be followed by at least 100,000 accounts so that you can have a real power of influence and so that brands fight to pay you for sponsored posts. However, something is changing in the influencer ecosystem.

In a study carried out by Dr. Johan Berger, professor at Wharton School, and by the team of the market research agency Keller Fay Group, it was shown that users with limited influence in their circle of contacts, have much more persuasive power than the so-called “celebrities”.

This showed that those who were called micro-influencers or nano-influencers were better able to convince their followers of the product or service they were promoting on Instagram. Today, brands are increasingly targeting these Instagram user sectors for a variety of reasons.

The first is that they are closer to the people who follow them, so they can be better prescribers of the brand they promote. Secondly, because they are cheaper: they don’t ask as much as the influencers of more than 100K followers and, in fact, many of them are satisfied with receiving samples of the product to try and use it.

Even so, whether you want to be a micro-influencer (between 10,000 and 50,000 followers) or nano-influencer (between 1,000 and 10,000 followers) you have to follow guidelines that are common to this whole business area.

How Can You Become Nanoinfluencer On Instagram?

1. Define your style

Bear in mind that if you have X number of followers it is because they are attracted to what you tell them and, possibly, to the same sector. That’s why it’s important to define your style, to have a coherence in your message and not write or show every day a product totally different from the previous one.

2. Quality content

Don’t let the speed with which you want to upload your images ruin your personal account. Publish quality photos, edit them before if necessary with an editing program and take care of the filters you put and stickers, can say a lot about your personality.

3. Give importance to Stories

Beyond the images that you upload in your Instagram timeline, keep in mind also that, nowadays, Stories are the ones that have more visualizations.

However, if you don’t have more than 10,000 followers you won’t be able to insert links in them. Keep this in mind when offering your services to brands.

4. Don’t go on fast roads

That is to say, don’t think about buying followers on the farms of followers who invade the Internet for a small price. In the end you will get caught and it will be worse.

5. Use the tags

They are a fundamental tool to make your message more viral and that more people know you and follow you. You know you can put as many as you want, so don’t cut yourself.
